This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the KeyroRide mobile application and related services (the "Service"). KeyroRide is a product of MeetingAI Quantum Solutions Private Limited.
By using KeyroRide, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, mobile number, and role (rider or driver) used to create and verify your account via OTP.
- Driver details: for drivers, vehicle type and registration, and KYC/verification documents required to operate on the platform.
- Location data: real-time GPS location to match rides, show nearby drivers, and provide live trip tracking and route guidance.
- Trip information: pickup and drop locations, fare, ride status, and ratings.
- Payment information: the flat daily platform fee paid by drivers is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details.
- Device & usage data: basic device and log information to keep the Service secure and reliable.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
- To match riders with nearby drivers and enable live trip tracking.
- To process the driver's flat ₹20/day platform fee.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To maintain safety, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
How Payments Work
KeyroRide operates on a no-commission model. Riders pay drivers directly via UPI or cash; we do not take a cut of any fare. Drivers pay a flat platform fee of ₹20 per day, processed securely through Razorpay. Payment processing is governed by Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing of Information
We share limited information only as needed to operate the Service — for example, sharing a rider's pickup location and contact with the assigned driver, or sharing payment information with Razorpay. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and to comply with our legal obligations.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law.
Children's Privacy
KeyroRide is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
