This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work on KeyroRide. KeyroRide is a product of MeetingAI Quantum Solutions Private Limited.

Ride Cancellations

Riders and drivers may cancel a ride before it begins. A cancellation charge may apply — for example, when a ride is cancelled after a driver has accepted or is already on the way. Any applicable cancellation charge will be shown in the app. Since ride fares are paid directly by the rider to the driver (via UPI or cash), KeyroRide does not process refunds for fares.

Driver Daily Platform Fee

Drivers pay a flat platform fee of ₹20 per day to access KeyroRide, processed through Razorpay. This fee grants access to the platform for the calendar day on which it is paid and is generally non-refundable once access has been activated.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund of the daily platform fee may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same day.
  • Payment failure: if an amount was deducted but platform access was not activated due to a technical error.
  • Service unavailability: if the platform was unavailable for the entire day due to an issue on our side.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@keyrorentals.com or on WhatsApp at +91 95156 78715 with your registered mobile number and the payment details. Please reach out within 7 days of the transaction.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
