Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KeyroRide application and services (the "Service"). KeyroRide is a product of MeetingAI Quantum Solutions Private Limited. By accessing or using KeyroRide, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use KeyroRide. Drivers must hold all valid licenses, permits, and documents required to operate their vehicle under applicable law.
The Service
KeyroRide is a technology platform that connects riders with independent auto and bike drivers. KeyroRide is not a transportation provider; the transportation is provided by independent drivers.
- No commission: KeyroRide does not take any commission on fares. Riders pay drivers directly.
- Driver platform fee: Drivers pay a flat fee of ₹20 per day to access the platform, regardless of the number of rides.
- No surge pricing: Fares are based on transparent, distance-based pricing with no surge multipliers.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
Payments
Ride fares are paid directly by the rider to the driver via UPI or cash. The driver's daily platform fee is collected by KeyroRide through our payment partner, Razorpay. All platform-fee payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Driver Obligations
- Maintain valid vehicle documents, insurance, and licenses.
- Provide safe, lawful, and courteous service.
- Complete identity and vehicle verification (KYC) before going online.
Rider Conduct
Riders agree to treat drivers with respect, provide accurate pickup and drop information, and pay the agreed fare directly to the driver.
Cancellations
Riders and drivers may cancel a ride before it begins. A cancellation charge may apply depending on when the ride is cancelled; any such charge will be shown in the app. Repeated misuse of the platform may result in suspension. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
KeyroRide acts only as a technology platform connecting riders and drivers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyroRide and MeetingAI Quantum Solutions Private Limited are not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any rider or driver, or for any loss or damage arising from a ride.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
