Request Deletion of Your Data
KeyroRide ("we", "us", or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your KeyroRide account and all associated personal data at any time. KeyroRide is a product of MeetingAI Quantum Solutions Private Limited.
How to Request Deletion
You can request account and data deletion in either of the following ways:
- Email: Send a request to support@keyrorentals.com from any email address, mentioning the mobile number registered with your KeyroRide account and the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- WhatsApp / Phone: Message or call us at +91 95156 78715 with your registered mobile number and ask for account deletion.
To protect your account, we will verify that the request comes from the account owner (for example, via an OTP sent to the registered mobile number) before processing the deletion.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account information: your name, mobile number, and profile details.
- Location data: saved and historical location data linked to your account.
- Driver details: vehicle information and KYC/verification documents (for drivers).
- App data: saved places, preferences, and notification tokens.
What Data May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion, where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Payment and transaction records: platform fee payment records processed via Razorpay may be retained to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Trip records: anonymized or legally required ride records may be retained for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and safety investigations.
Any retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are then permanently deleted.
Processing Time
We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered and you will need to create a new account to use KeyroRide again.
